Curate a Model in the Physiome Database.
This page allows you to edit the curation level, make comments, and change status of model from active to retired.
- Level 0: Model available, no curation.
- Level 1: Consistent use of terms, parameter and variable values, initial conditions, etc, not over-constrained. Runs under JSim or other platform.
- Level 2: Model has unit balancing, runs to reproduce results in published paper (if relevant) or provides correct results. Verified for reasonable accuracy of solutions. If there is an original paper, reproduces figures, as described with the code.
- Level 3: Validated against data. Written in JSim MML with code requirements fulfilled (units checked, equations balanced) and mass conservation checked. If designed as a module in multiscale models, defines domain and distinguishes connections to external domain from internal details of the module.
