Pyruvate Dehydrogenase (EC 22.214.171.124/EC 126.96.36.199/EC 188.8.131.52): Pyruvate + COAS + NAD + H2O <--> CO2 + AcetylcoA + NADH + H+ The inlet point for carbohydrates into the TCA cycle by oxidizing Pyruvate to create Acetyl-CoA.
